Mamori-jitsu (16 and older)

 2 Sundays a month from 1-3 pm at the Penacook School of Karate in Penacook, NH call or e-mail for dates

This February on the 19th 

Krav Maga (18 and older)
Two and a half hour session once a month at Manchester location.  It is held the third or fourth Saturday of the month from 1:00 to 3:30 pm

Next Krav Maga seminars will be in February 11th at the Manchester location and February 19th at the Penacook location.

Mikel is available for seminars for large groups, small groups, private and semi-private lessons.
