Krav Maga Seminar

 

Krav Maga ("contact combat") Krav Maga was developed in Israel, under realistic demands and conditions and it is a noncompetitive eclectic self-defense system developed  that involves striking techniques, gun disarms, knife defense, and grappling. Relative to other systems, Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations, efficient and versatile counter-attacks, and ease of learning.

 The instructor Mikel LaChapelle is the only Krav Maga teacher in New Hampshire and New England certified under Moni Aizik (founder of Commando Krav Maga) and Moshe Katz (Israeli Krav Maga International) as an instructor. Mikel is a professional educator and has been training and teaching Krav Maga for more than 5 years.

Module 2 will cover empty hands techniques: the wave, crazy monkey, bowling, C-cup, brush your teeth, wipe your mouth, and comb your hair
