MCMA believes in blending traditional and modern philosophies from around the world.  Dojo etiquette and much of the curriculum is traditional but modern techniques and ideas are also incorporated into each class.  We believe that this blend gives our students the best of both philosophies.  We have programs in Judo, Jujitsu, Uechi-Ryu Karate, Commando Krav Maga Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Women's Self-Defense.  

We welcome and fully include students with all learning styles, abilities and special needs.
