MCMA believes in blending traditional and modern philosophies from around the world.  Dojo etiquette and much of the curriculum is traditional but modern techniques and ideas are also incorporated into each class.  We believe that this blend gives our students the best of both philosophies.  We have programs in Judo/Jujitsu, Jujitsu, Commando Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, South East Asian Fighting Arts (S.E.A.F.A) and Women's Self-Defense.  Our flexible memberships offer opportunities to cross train in all of the arts we teach(depending on your age) or to specialize in one.
